As a District Secretary, you will provide crucial support and organization within the International Student Program. The role requires handling various administrative responsibilities like correspondence preparation, bookkeeping, and managing student inquiries. Your ability to navigate the demands of the position will ensure the program runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage confidential reports and prepare memos for the Principal

• Oversee processing of student applications and maintaining records

• Perform bookkeeping and monitor budgets accurately

• Assist in preparing immigration documents and tracking requirements

• Answer all inquiries from students and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12 and office administration certificate

• Minimum of two years of relevant secretarial experience

• Keyboarding ability of 40 wpm or more

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Capable of exercising discretion with sensitive information
