Duties Manage and update property listings across multiple platforms with accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate with agents, clients, and vendors to gather necessary documentation and information
Assist in marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials and online content
Strong technical/computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly with supervision
Maintain organized records of listings, contracts, and related documents
Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
Requirements Verifiable computer and technical skills - ability to learn new programs quickly without supervision.
Solid working knowledge of all Social Media platforms
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor
Familiarity with CRM and online listing platforms is a plus
Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
