This role is pivotal to enhancing branch operations through effective coordination and support. As a Branch Coordinator, you will handle front desk duties, assist with service job coordination, and ensure accurate tracking of invoices. Your ability to foster communication and collaboration across departments will be vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage reception, answering calls and directing inquiries
• Coordinate incoming shipments and internal communications
• Work with Parts department to ensure service readiness
• Monitor invoices and vendor follow-ups
• Provide administrative support to all departments
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of coordination or admin experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and multitasking proficiency
• Customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills
