ITF seeks an experienced Project Coordinator to enhance project organization and documentation. This administrative role is key to successful project management with detailed oversight and proactive coordination.
As a Project Coordinator reporting to the Project Manager, your primary focus will be to oversee project documentation, deadlines, and compliance standards. You will rely on your strong organizational skills to keep the project team informed and on track while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain organized project documentation for ITF
• Support PM with drafting and compliance tracking
• Coordinate team communications and logistical needs
• Assist in scheduling and resource management
• Document and support continuous process improvements
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in a Project Coordinator role ideal
• Experience in either residential or commercial projects
• Skilled in Google Workspace and digital tools
• Strong communication abilities
• Detail-oriented and structured
