Position: Service Writer at Pinnacle Equipment

As a Service Writer and Parts Advisor, you'll be integral to our Service department's success. Your responsibilities will focus on processing service work orders, maintaining records, and coordinating with customers for timely service updates. Additionally, you'll assist with parts inventory and support our team with warranty administration and service inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage service work orders completely

• Prepare and verify invoices based on Service Manager approvals

• Coordinate service schedules and timelines with customers

• Conduct follow-ups for customer service inquiries

• Assist with parts inventory control and organization

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Previous experience in agricultural service or dealership preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge considered an asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Valid driver's license and attention to detail
