As a strategic leader in this position, you will oversee the Brokerage Department, ensuring that all financial reporting adheres to high standards. You will drive effective analysis to support departmental goals, manage team performance, and cultivate partnerships with various business units. Your detail-oriented and analytical approach will enhance operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the financial activities of the Brokerage Department

• Maintain strict confidentiality around financial data

• Guide the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

• Facilitate growth and resolution of brokers' commission issues

• Implement improvements aligned with strategic objectives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in financial accounting

• Business degree specializing in accounting required

• CPA designation or equivalent experience necessary

• Familiarity with the forest industry and products

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365; JDE or AX experience preferred
