Beem Credit Union is looking for a Member Service Advisor to join their Lake Country Branch. This full-time, on-site position enables you to support over 200,000 members by managing their financial needs through account services and lending transactions. You’ll play an essential role in building member relationships and enhancing their banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and manage member accounts accurately

• Process a variety of financial transactions

• Conduct detailed loan interviews for applicants

• Assist with daily branch operations and tasks

• Promote and cross-sell financial products

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance

• Understanding of credit and investment basics

• High School diploma or relevant experience

• Completion of financial planning courses is a plus

• Excellent service skills with a member-first attitude
