Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the Brokerage Department’s operations and profitability

• Oversee financial statements, journal vouchers, and variance analyses

• Support Broker Representatives and resolve challenges

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and post inventory entries

• Foster a culture of compliance, ethics, and performance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in financial accounting is essential

• CPA designation or equivalent educational experience required

• Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory control

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft and related software required
