Finance Manager for Non-Profit Operations

Join our team as Finance Manager to lead financial activities and promote accountability within the Society. Ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting and risk management.

In this managerial role, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

You'll work with leadership and external partners to support program delivery while maintaining compliance with GAAP regulations. This position actively fosters a workplace culture aligned with the Society’s core values and an intersectional feminist approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make strategic financial decisions based on analysis

• Manage payroll processes and remittances

• Ensure compliance with donor agreements

• Analyze financial reports and identify risks

• Facilitate Board Finance Committee meetings

Requirements:

• CPA or equivalent accounting designation

• Five years of leadership experience in finance

• Proficient in accounting software tools

• Strong analytical and judgment skills

• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
