Housekeeper at VRS Facilities

Become a key member of VRS as a Housekeeper, where you'll ensure cleanliness and comfort for residents. This role requires strong communication skills and offers full-time hours, Monday to Friday.

As a Housekeeper, you will prioritize the cleaning and maintaining of resident suites and common areas  will interact courteously with residents, family members, and team members while adhering to all health and safety procedures. Your attention to detail will be crucial in creating a welcoming environment for new occupants and ensuring the well-being of current residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean resident suites, bathrooms, and kitchens

• Disinfect all common areas including lounges and hallways

• Report hazardous situations and maintain safety standards

• Manage laundry duties and restock supplies

• Communicate effectively with residents and staff

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently

• Completion of secondary education or equivalent

• WHMIS certificate required

• Must pass Criminal Record and Vulnerable Persons Checks
