Join the team as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Silver Star Mountain, BC. Ensure every guest enjoys a clean and inviting environment through your leadership and supervision.
As a pivotal member of the housekeeping team, you will assist management in running daily operations and training your staff effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising cleaning teams, maintaining safety standards, and organizing supply inventories. You will also perform regular checks to guarantee the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, thereby enhancing guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in training and supervising staff
• Conduct cleanliness inspections of all areas
• Organize inventory and ensure stocked supplies
• Lead daily meetings to set staff priorities
• Inspect guest rooms for readiness
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety protocols
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Previous experience in customer service desired
• Valid clean BC driver's license is advantageous
