Overnight Night Auditor at Resort

Become a crucial part of our resort team as a Night Auditor, working the overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This role is about ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent guest support at night.

As a Night Auditor, you will conduct financial audits, handle guest inquiries, and maintain operational logs. Your ability to work independently while managing various responsibilities is essential to create a seamless experience for our morning staff and guests alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nightly audits and prepare financial reports

• Manage billing discrepancies and guest accounts

• Facilitate check-ins and assist with guest queries

• Oversee reservation systems and inventory accuracy

• Keep the front desk welcoming and organized

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or hotel settings

• Strong attention to detail with numerical confidence

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel management software

• Effective communicator with guests and team members

• Previous Night Audit experience a plus
