City of Vernon is seeking an Analyst, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits to administer Workday payroll, absence, compensation and benefits modules. The role provides analytic support for a total rewards program and reporting across divisions.
The successful candidate will backfill HR positions when needed, participate in policy implementation and provide data to support budgeting and strategic planning. A diploma in a related discipline and PCP designation are preferred.
