Role Overview

As a Service Centre Manager at Belron Canada, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of your Service Centre, ensuring customer satisfaction, boosting revenue, and leading a high‑performing team.

• Serve as the face of the Service Centre, meeting customers and building genuine relationships (approximately 90% of your time).
• Add value to the customer experience and identify opportunities to increase store revenue.
• Lead and manage staff time, set team goals, and track performance.
• Hold yourself and your team accountable for results while creating a supportive environment.

• 3 years of management and/or leadership experience (sales experience is a bonus).
• Demonstrated interest in developing people and a passion for teamwork.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Hands‑on vehicle experience is an asset but not required.

Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, with pay determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Benefits and pension plan begin on day one.
