For over 50 years, Kirmac has delivered quality workmanship and exceptional customer service helping people get back on the road while turning repair experiences into something positive. As the industry evolves, so does Kirmac, with a focus on advanced vehicle technology, EV repair readiness, and sustainable practices.

Body Shop Manager Lead a High‑Performance Shop. Shape a High‑Performance Workforce.

We’re looking for a proven leader who can guide a high‑calibre team, build operational capability, and elevate the customer experience. If you are ready to take ownership of a high‑impact shop and grow your leadership career in a company that invests deeply in its people, this is the opportunity. You’ll also lead the continued development of EV readiness, advanced repair processes, and sustainability‑aligned operating standards.

Why

This Role Matters

Your leadership directly influences:

  • Operational capacity
  • EV readiness, ADAS capability, and adoption of advanced repair technologies
  • Customer trust and partner confidence
  • Shop performance, stability, and retention

This isn’t just a management job—it’s a chance to shape the next generation of technicians, build capability within your team, strengthen the shop’s readiness for the future of electrified and technology‑rich vehicles, and play a key role in the success of a modern collision repair organization.

What You’ll Lead

As a Body Shop Manager, you will drive performance and develop people in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment:

  • Mentor, coach, and grow a skilled team of technicians and support staff
  • Oversee day‑to‑day shop operations with strong attention to safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, insurers, and partners
  • Use modern repair processes, technology, and data to guide decision‑making
  • Create a positive, engaged, high‑performance workplace culture
  • Ensure EV‑safe procedures, OEM‑approved methods, and sustainability‑focused shop practices are consistently applied
  • Lead adoption of advanced equipment for ADAS calibration, and modern material repair

Your leadership sets the tone. Your standards elevate the team. Your decisions drive results.

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of management experience in a collision repair facility
  • Strong technical knowledge of current repair methods, equipment, and materials
  • Understanding of EV/hybrid repair considerations, ADAS workflows, and emerging automotive technologies (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to earn trust quickly
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams
  • Exceptional organizational and problem‑solving skills
  • A track record of operational excellence and quality outcomes
What You’ll Gain

We are committed to developing strong leaders. You’ll have access to structured training, professional development, and long‑term career pathways.

  • Company vehicle + fuel allowance
  • Generous bonus structure based on performance
  • Extended health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Ample paid time off
  • RRSP options to support long‑term financial security
  • Learning & Development Program
  • Support for community involvement and volunteering
  • Regular social and team engagement events

This is a leadership role with impact, visibility, and the support needed to succeed.
