As the province’s largest energy provider, we deliver renewable energy, natural gas, electricity and propane to 1.3 million customers. We are actively seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead safe and inclusive operations, focusing on natural gas infrastructure. The candidate will bring extensive construction experience and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

• Familiarize yourself with the software and applications used to schedule and complete deliverables on time and within budget.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Champion our safety culture to safeguard against accidents and injuries.

• Expand your knowledge of resource and administrative budgets.
• Develop relationships with external stakeholders and municipal contacts.
• Partner with peers and internal stakeholders in developing strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence.

• Five years of management experience with a focus on natural gas infrastructure. Post‑secondary diploma considered an asset.
• Previous experience in construction, underground utilities, and emergency response is an asset.
• A passion for developing quality solutions with a safety‑focused mindset.
• A collaborative and inclusive approach to strengthening connections in the workplace.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite such as Word, Excel, etc.
