Location: Lake Country
Join us as a Food Services Manager, managing operations and providing exceptional service. Oversee a budget between $100,001 and $500,000 while supporting your team.
In this role, your primary focus will be on performance management and ensuring operational efficiency. Leading a team of more than 20, you will conduct performance reviews, oversee inventory, and negotiate with suppliers. Recognizing customer needs and addressing complaints will be key in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize daily operations and manage service quality
• Complete cash balancing and financial documentation
• Lead performance reviews and team evaluations
• Maintain inventory and select suppliers effectively
• Adhere to health and safety regulations strictly
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and electronic cash registers
• Excellent communication and client-focused mindset
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
