As the Branch Operations Leader, you’ll assist the Branch Manager in promoting operational efficiency. Your capacity to monitor operations and support the implementation of branch initiatives will have a lasting impact. Relationship management with clients and internal teams is vital, alongside effective complaint resolution strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor branch operations and ensure timely order shipping
• Support new initiatives as a positive change advocate
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Address inventory issues and ensure accurate counts
• Assist in employee scheduling and training
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in distribution or inventory management
• Valid forklift license preferred, with driver’s license
• Experienced in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proactive approach with a positive mindset
