Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service
• Drive revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities
• Strategically manage staff schedules to achieve results
• Create a supportive and accountability-driven environment
• Spend the majority of your time engaging face-to-face with customers
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in management or leadership roles
• Sales experience is a plus
• Passion for team growth and development
• Ability to motivate and lead by example
• Experience with vehicles is an advantage but not essential
