We seek a Printing Supervisor with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience to manage a small team. Your responsibilities will include supervising operations, training apprentices, and reviewing job proofs for quality assurance. Attention to detail and effective scheduling will be key components of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of 3–4 workers

• Oversee apprenticeship programs and training

• Review and approve all job proofs for accuracy

• Coordinate and plan daily activities efficiently

• Serve as a technical resource for work problems

Requirements:

• College/CEGEP education level

• 2 to less than 3 years of experience

• Familiarity with screen printing machinery

• Organized approach and detail-oriented mindset

• Strong judgment and interpersonal skills
