Service Centre Manager - Speedy Glass

Role Overview  As a Service Centre Manager at Belron Canada, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of your Service Centre, ensuring customer satisfaction, boosting revenue, and leading a high‑performing team.
Responsibilities   Serve as the face of the Service Centre, meeting customers and building genuine relationships (approximately 90% of your time).
Add value to the customer experience and identify opportunities to increase store revenue.
Lead and manage staff time, set team goals, and track performance.
Hold yourself and your team accountable for results while creating a supportive environment.
Qualifications   3 years of management and/or leadership experience (sales experience is a bonus).
Demonstrated interest in developing people and a passion for teamwork.
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Hands‑on vehicle experience is an asset but not required.
Benefits & Compensation  Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, with pay determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Benefits and pension plan begin on day one.
