Position: Campus Manager at Adult & Teen Challenge
Location: Lake Country

Lead the residential program in Lake Country with Adult & Teen Challenge BC as a Campus Manager. Provide oversight and support for both staff and students while fostering a Christ-centered environment.

This role requires someone committed to ATCBC's mission and values, supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and overseeing daily operations. You will manage program quality and engage with the community to promote healing and recovery. A strong focus on staff mentoring and student progress is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support staff and volunteers

• Ensure quality program delivery and student oversight

• Manage logistics for room assignments and properties

• Coordinate community engagement and outreach efforts

• Maintain compliance with facility safety standards
