Youth Ministries Coordinator with Salvation Army

In this role, you will contribute to the spiritual growth of youth by mentoring and facilitating engaging programs. Your responsibilities include coordinating worship services, outreach initiatives, and leadership training. You will also lead prayer sessions and collaborate with community partners to support youth and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and disciple youth while modeling Christian values

• Plan and implement programs tailored for youth engagement

• Conduct prayer sessions and lead faith-based discussions

• Recruit and train volunteer leaders for youth initiatives

• Maintain records of activities and program evaluations

Requirements:

• Completed high school with relevant specialized training

• 1-3 years of experience in youth leadership

• Knowledge of Biblical studies and youth development

• Must pass Criminal Police Investigation Check

• Strong organizational and communication skills
