Location: Lake Country

A leading winery in Canada is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join their team in Lake Country. This role will involve assisting in menu development, overseeing food production, and mentoring kitchen staff. Candidates should have at least six years of culinary experience, including two in a supervisory capacity, with a noted emphasis on leadership, culinary production skills, and communication.

The position requires a valid Food Safe certification and offers competitive pay between $24.00 - $28.00 plus gratuities.
