Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain expert knowledge of menu items and promotions
• Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders
• Participate in social media and promotional events
• Introduce live entertainment as required
Requirements:
• Two years experience in a casual dining setting
• Cash handling experience with POS systems
• Serving It Right/Proserve/Smart Serve certification
• Knowledge of specialty food and beverage items
• Ability to carry up to 30 pounds
