Wine Club & DTC Specialist - Gray Monk Estate

The Wine Club & DTC Specialist supports wine club and direct‑to‑consumer operations across Gray Monk Estate Winery, Sandhill Winery, and Red Rooster Winery. This role focuses on revenue growth, member engagement, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, online, and in‑person interactions.

This is a hybrid position based out of Gray Monk Estate Winery, requiring on‑site presence up to three (3) days per week and regular participation in wine club pickup parties and member events.

• Grow wine club membership and DTC revenue through outreach, upselling, and personalized service.
• Support wine club operations and customer engagement across multiple estate brands.
• Build strong relationships with members via phone, email, and in‑person estate interactions.
• Represent wineries at pickup parties, tastings, and member events.
• Manage high‑volume customer inquiries and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Support corporate orders, billing processes, and national DTC initiatives.

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, account management, hospitality, or call‑centre environments.
• Wine club, DTC, winery, or hospitality experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a sales‑focused mindset.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Wine education (WSET or similar) considered an asset.

• Hybrid role with on‑site work at Gray Monk Estate Winery up to three (3) days per week.
• Rotating weekly schedules aligned with business needs and hours will vary (e.g., Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday).
• Evening and weekend work required to support wine club campaigns, events, and pickup parties.
• High‑volume customer interaction environment.
