In this role, your ability to communicate product value effectively and build deep knowledge of automotive parts will be crucial. Conduct customer visits, optimize sales strategies with local market insights, and train store teams. You will travel frequently within the Interior, Kootenay, and Cariboo regions to meet customer demands directly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct customer visits to boost product sales
• Build strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor
• Present product values and solutions clearly
• Train teams on product features and applications
• Help maintain store operational standards
Requirements:
• Sales experience in automotive or related industries
• Excellent communication skills, in-person and phone
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to travel within assigned sales territory
