Step into the Outbound Sales Consultant role at Rogers and drive telecommunications solutions for small-medium businesses. Engage customers and maximize their service potential through expert sales.
This position is ideal for individuals with a minimum of two years of sales experience, especially in a B2B environment. You will leverage your communication skills to assist clients in enhancing their current packages and to promote additional services. Effective organization and a structured sales approach are vital for meeting performance targets and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call clients to discuss their service needs
• Optimize current packages through consultations
• Utilize CRM systems for sales tracking
• Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals for commission
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
• Familiarity with sales methodologies is an asset
• Strong active listening and communication skills
• Availability Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
• Must live in specified provinces in Canada
