Drive sales and enhance product knowledge with Snap-on as a Sales Developer for advanced Diagnostic equipment. This role involves training Franchisees and demonstrating products to customers.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in automotive diagnostics along with sales expertise. Must have strong knowledge of electronic equipment, be self-motivated, and thrive in a team environment. The position requires a vehicle for business use, the ability to travel, and a valid driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly sell Diagnostic products to shop owners
• Conduct business evaluation and coaching rides
• Train Franchisees on product and sales techniques
• Secure additional orders for Diagnostic products
• Demonstrate and educate customers on products
Requirements:
• Knowledge of electronic equipment operation
• Self-motivated team player with strong skills
• Excellent PC and Internet proficiency
• Territory management experience required
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license
