Drive sales and project success at RONA as our Installed Sales Coordinator! Leverage your customer service skills and project management expertise to fulfill customer dreams.
In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding customers through their home improvement projects with RONA. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional customer service abilities and at least three years of experience in project sales management. You will conduct consultations, produce design layouts, and manage project timelines while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate sales through consultations and customer referrals
• Execute design consultations in-store and at customer homes
• Prepare detailed design layouts and project proposals
• Provide quotes including timelines and financing options
• Liaise with customers and contractors for project success
Requirements:
• 3 years’ experience in project sales or management
• Strong sales record in similar roles
• Proficiency with design software and Microsoft tools
• Passion for home design and improvement projects
• Superior customer service and management abilities
Realize customer visions and enhance their satisfaction through effective project coordination at RONA.
