Business Development Specialist

Elevate your sales career with our established facility maintenance company. We're seeking a dedicated Business Development Specialist to foster client relationships and drive service sales across Western Canada.

This role involves developing long-term relationships with clients while negotiating contracts and closing deals. You'll collaborate closely with National Key Account Managers and participate in events like trade shows to boost company visibility. Frequent travel will be necessary as you engage with potential customers and address their needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential customers in assigned territories

• Manage leads and sales funnels using Salesforce

• Collaborate to deliver quotes and bids within margin goals

• Increase brand presence through various marketing activities

• Participate in sales and marketing meetings to report progress

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Sales or Business Administration

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage stress and solve problems

• Willingness to travel frequently
