As a key member of Tolko’s sales team, you will play a vital role in supporting sales processes. Applicants with a background in customer service and a proactive mindset are ideal for this position. Be prepared for responsibilities that include monitoring inventory levels and assisting with order entries during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage reload inventory updates for sales visibility
• Coordinate product releases and oversee order files
• Monitor and resolve delayed order issues proactively
• Respond to inquiries on order status and timing
• Assist sales team with order tracking and requests
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building and analytical skills
• Self-starter with creativity and resourcefulness
• Knowledge of the forestry industry is an advantage
