We are currently looking for a Service Technician who excels in the installation of POU water coolers and similar equipment. This role involves interacting directly with customers during installations while completing necessary paperwork. You’ll need to provide exceptional service while adhering to safety protocols when operating the company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and install commercial coffee equipment

• Conduct site's pre-inspection for installations

• Handle payments and secure necessary signatures

• Follow company procedures for daily paperwork

• Serve on-call as needed for customer support

Requirements:

• Experience as a service technician or plumber is preferred

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Mechanical aptitude and teamwork capability

• Must lift/move up to 50 lbs
