Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and fix residential HVAC units
• Recommend effective solutions that prioritize customer needs
• Work collaboratively with Dispatch and Service Managers
• Keep service equipment and documentation organized
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Requirements:
• HVAC Journeyperson, Apprentice, or candidate ready for certification
• Hands-on experience with HVAC maintenance and repair
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs as needed
