Join Maccane Development Inc as a Carpenter in Vernon, BC, where your skills in wood construction and renovation will be put to great use. This full-time position requires hands-on work onsite.
This role is perfect for individuals with 2-3 years of carpentry experience and a strong high school background. You will be creating layouts, measuring materials, and fitting fixtures for a variety of projects. Your expertise will contribute to the building and renovation of both residential and industrial structures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Measure, cut, shape, and join materials as required
• Prepare quotations for carpentry projects
• Erect walls and roof systems as directed
• Install windows, doors, and related hardware
• Renovate residences and wooden structures effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience required
• Graduation from high school mandatory
• On-site work required; no remote options
• Thorough knowledge of building codes preferred
