Benefits- Overtime wage 1.5 times per hour for hours exceeding 40 hrs/week
- 5 days sick leave per year
- 4% vacation pay of gross salary
- 2 years related work experience
- Completion of secondary school
- Basic English proficiency
Team player, reliable, accurate.
Work ConditionsDay, evening, weekend shifts. Locations include 2-4517 23 St, Vernon, BC V1T 4K7 and various other sites.
Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
- Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes using measuring tools.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood and other materials.
- Fit and install trim items such as doors and stairs.
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residences.
