Position: Okanagan Gondola Electrical Technician Role
Become a key player at Okanagan Gondola as an Electrical Technician responsible for maintenance on a cutting-edge passenger ropeway system. Join a safety-focused team ensuring reliable operations and guest safety.

In this crucial role, you will report to the Operations Manager and oversee the electrical and control systems of our gondola. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, repairing, and enhancing systems related to terminals, towers, and support facilities. Collaborate with the Lift Maintenance team and external partners to maintain regulatory compliance and improve system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on gondola electrical systems

• Troubleshoot motors and variable frequency drives

• Conduct operational testing and start-up procedures

• Maintain documentation of maintenance and inspections

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations

Requirements:

• Red Seal Industrial or Construction Electrician

• Minimum 5 years in industrial electrical maintenance

• Strong understanding of electrical schematics

• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence

• Commitment to safety and teamwork
