Certified Journeyman Electrician Position

Join our team as a Certified Journeyman Electrician, specializing in residential and commercial projects. This role involves new construction work as well as service excellence in line with the Canadian Electrical Code.

We are seeking a qualified Journeyman Electrician with at least two years of experience in installations and maintenance. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position may include off-grid or remote tasks, requiring adaptability in various environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install electrical systems in new construction projects

• Perform upgrades and repairs in existing buildings

• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams

• Troubleshoot issues in residential and commercial circuits

• Ensure compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code

Requirements:

• Valid Provincial Journeyperson Electrician license

• Minimum 2 years of relevant electrical experience

• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment

• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
