As a Lead Carpenter/Foreman, you will oversee residential construction from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and collaborate with carpenters and laborers

• Accurately interpret blueprints and project specifications

• Manage all carpentry aspects of residential construction

• Coordinate daily work schedules and site logistics

• Conduct quality inspections and enforce safety standards

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of carpentry experience in residential settings

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity

• Proficient in framing, siding, and concrete tasks

• Strong understanding of the BC Building Code

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and basic tools
