Electrician for Passenger Ropeway Systems

Join Okanagan Gondola as an Electrician, responsible for the upkeep of our gondola's electrical systems in Vernon, British Columbia. Focus on maintaining safety and reliability in an exciting environment.

Looking for a proactive Electrician to join our Operations team. This role involves extensive troubleshooting and maintenance of all electrical systems associated with the passenger ropeway. Collaborate closely with colleagues and contractors to adhere to safety standards while providing a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot gondola electrical systems

• Inspect and repair safety circuits and sensors

• Support emergency procedures and evacuations

• Diagnose equipment failures and provide quick solutions

• Keep maintenance records updated and organized

Requirements:

• Hold a Red Seal Industrial or Construction Electrician certification

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence necessary

• Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience

• Familiarity with technical documentation and electrical systems

• Strong commitment to operating safely and working as a team
