In this role, you will work under the Maintenance Supervisor, contributing at a journeyman level across various trades. Your responsibilities include constructing and finishing structures like walls and doors, as well as designing and repairing furniture. Supervision of maintenance staff is also a key part of your role, ensuring the facility runs smoothly while implementing minor renovations and general upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform trades duties in electrical, plumbing, and painting

• Construct and finish walls, doors, and ceilings

• Repair and design furniture, cabinets, and shelves

• Manage maintenance workers for facility operations

• Conduct plastering, painting, and decorating tasks

Requirements:

• Grade 10, plus four years relevant experience

• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License
