This role requires a candidate with a secondary school graduation certificate and 1 to 2 years of experience. You'll instruct apprentices and ensure high-quality plaster finishes while managing materials and costs. Your efforts will result in durable, weatherproof surfaces integral to construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct and guide apprentices in plastering techniques

• Apply, level, and smooth plaster coats effectively

• Mould and install ornamental plaster designs

• Spray and trowel stucco onto building exteriors

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 1-2 years of experience in stucco plastering

• Proficiency in mixing plaster to ideal consistency

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

• Willingness to work various hours, including evenings
