Summary
This position provides administrative support to the President while assisting the Accounting Department with daily accounting operations, corporate reporting functions, and month-end closing activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced business environment.
Responsibilities- Manage the President’s calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules across multiple time zones.
- Prepare and submit expense reports while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Serve as a liaison between the President, internal teams, clients, and external business partners.
- Provide administrative support to the President as needed.
- Monitor daily bank account activity and support cash position reporting.
- Enter vouchers accurately and timely into the company system.
- Review aging reports and assist with collections activities.
- Investigate delinquent accounts and document collection activities.
- Assist the Treasurer and Accounting Manager with accounting and administrative projects.
- Support month-end closing and corporate reporting functions.
- Perform general accounting and clerical duties as assigned.
Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00. On‑site position.
Salary and Benefits$50,000 – $60,000 per year.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- Bilingual in Japanese and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and reconciliation.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP ByDesign preferred).
- Experience with Outlook, Teams, and calendar management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support multiple managers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
