SalaryThis position has a base salary range of $104,000 - $156,000 USD annually. Actual salary may vary based on relevant skills, experience, and time in the role.
SummaryThis role focuses on completing multi‑year projects that enable Lending Product Management (LPM) to meet its future goals. Collaborating with the LPM team, the role gathers requirements, estimates effort, and manages projects cross‑functionally and with external partners.
Role and Responsibilities- Manage all projects on the product & portfolio roadmap, ensuring timely completion and overcoming obstacles.
- Work cross‑functionally with Digital, Operations, Marketing, Lending Technology, Sales Enablement, and other internal teams to deliver desired functionality and projected ROI.
- Serve as the point of contact to external stakeholders involved in projects.
- Identify and communicate risks and risk mitigation plans to product leadership with limited oversight.
- Manage external vendor partners to maintain business operations and implement special projects.
- Analyze current member segments and existing product management plans to inform strategy, pricing, and campaign prioritization.
- Identify and prioritize gaps in campaign strategy and attrition, building strategies to mitigate attrition and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Outline key membership journeys and recommend changes to improve competitiveness for specific journey types.
- Communicate complex requirements comfortably to other individuals.
- Maintain a holistic understanding of the product roadmap, its development, and its importance to growth.
- Produce independent analytics with minimal support, as most projects require analytical output from product by other internal and external teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, product management, or project management.
- Prior experience in project management and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Preferred experience in a financial institution.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced charting, VBA, macros, simulation, solver).
- Experience with relational databases; some SQL experience preferred.
- Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to formulate and present conclusions based on large data sets.
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex projects into actionable steps and keep projects on time while overcoming obstacles.
- Highly collaborative and able to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
