Inside Service Reps

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries received on the incoming service lines.
• Provide scheduled On-Call 24/7 Tech Line support.
• Support National Accounts projects and follow-up.
• Support Consumer Products calls and determine action within Matrix Guidelines.
• Identify the source of inquiries received.
• Develop a monthly recap of inquiries received (quantity, source, problem identification).
• Provide technical assistance and service support for inquiries received.
• Identify and report major field service problems from the WATS line activity.
• Assist Installation Coordinator with technical support, contacting agents, and processing invoices.
• Respond to routine correspondence requests for service assistance.
• Review and verify labor warranty claims for processing.
• Function as a field service representative in the field when required.
• Present at Field Service Meetings (as needed).
• Perform minimal field work when needed.

• Occasional travel if necessary.
• Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Professional image.

• Required
  : 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• 1 year of Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Education Certificate or equivalent work experience.
