LaSalle Network is partnering with a well-establishededucational products company to hire a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Vernon Hills, IL. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working as part of a collaborative team.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Assist customers with orders, shipments, product questions, and general inquiries
• Monitor customer portals for order activity, updates, and shipping notifications
• Research and resolve customer concerns and escalated issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed quickly and effectively

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills and follow-through
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude

• Compensation: $20.00–$22.00/hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
