Customer Service Representative

Our large distribution client in the Vernon Hills area is seeking a CSR to join their team! Work for a company that is customer-focused, eco-conscious, and has been in business for 30+ years. Details below!

Job Highlights:- Temp to Hire, Pay: $18/hr
- Schedule:
Monday
- Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm - Immediate benefits available while working through Express that include Medical, Dental, Vision, Short & Long Term disability, Employee Assistance Program, and weekly paychecks!
- Answering inbound/outbound calls (40/day, double during busy season)
- Respond to email and chat inquiries (60/day, double during busy season)
- Placing orders for customers
- Handling refunds
- Answer questions related to payments, products, refunds
- Seeking candidates who are reliable, excellent communicators, willing to learn
- Some college coursework preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
