Job Highlights:

• Temp to Hire, Pay: $18/hr
• Schedule:
  
  Monday
  - Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Job Duties:

• Answering inbound/outbound calls (40/day, double during busy season)
• Respond to email and chat inquiries (60/day, double during busy season)
• Placing orders for customers
• Handling refunds
• Answer questions related to payments, products, refunds

Ideal Candidate:

• Seeking candidates who are reliable, excellent communicators, willing to learn
• Some college coursework preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
