Do you enjoy working with children? Love teaching, storytelling, and helping kids grow? Join the Lil’ Kickers & Skills Institute Soccer team and make a meaningful impact every week.
An LK Soccer Coach leads children ages 18 months to 10 years old through a 50-minute structured class focused on development, confidence, and fun. Coaches play a key role in creating a safe, positive, and consistent experience for children and families.
This role is ideal for committed high school students, college students, recent graduates, and adults looking for reliable part-time work in a supportive, team-driven environment. Soccer experience is helpful, but not required — full training is provided.
About Our Programs- Lil’ Kickers (18 months–5 years): A nationally recognized child development program that uses soccer as a tool to build confidence, coordination, and social skills
- Skills Institute (5–10 years): A structured soccer training program focused on skill development and progression

What You’ll Do- Lead fun, structured 50-minute soccer classes
- Set up and break down equipment before and after class
- Communicate with families before and after sessions
- Create a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for kids
- Classes run on consistent weekly schedules
- Most coaches work 2–4 shifts per week
- Weekend availability is a plus
- Best fit for candidates who can commit for multiple sessions, not just a few weeks
- Paid training (30–35 hours over approximately 6 weeks)
- Combination of online learning and on-field coaching practice
- Ongoing feedback and on-site support from experienced coaches
- Opportunities to grow into Mentor Coach and Site Lead roles
- Pay increases based on training completion, tenure, and leadership roles
