Senior Financial Analyst

• Own the financial planning and analysis process for key business areas (e.g., SaaS revenue, R&D, customer acquisition)

• Build dynamic financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic decisions

• Analyze business performance and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align financial plans with business goals

• Support board presentations, investor reporting, and fundraising efforts (if applicable)

• Assist in pricing strategy, ROI analysis, and customer lifetime value assessments

• Contribute to automation and improvement of FP&A tools and processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus)

• 4–6+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment

• Strong modeling and Excel skills; proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan)

• Experience with BI/reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

• Familiarity with subscription/SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, CAC, churn, LTV)

• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for non-financial stakeholders

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, data-driven environment
